Take the stress out of accommodating large groups with our tailor-made packages for groups of any size. At Whanganui River TOP 10, we have the perfect setting and facilities for large groups, school sports teams, rowing training camps or family reunions.
Our roofed accommodation can house up to 139 people in separate beds and even more if you have families sharing queen and double beds. Choose between our basic cabins with bunk beds, deluxe motels and campsites. If your team wants more privacy, we also offer a 4 bedroom self-contained cottage which can house up to 24 people away from the main activity of the camp.
Group supervisors will find catering a breeze with our three ovens, a full height freezer and fridge, covered BBQs, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a large screen TV for de-briefing teams and a laundry to wash and dry kits.
Keeping the Kids Entertained at the Park
One of the reasons our park is the top ranked holiday park in the Whanganui/Manawatu area is the range of activities we have onsite. In their downtime the kids can enjoy the jumping pillow, swimming pools, games room, TV lounge with Netflix and Sky Sport, ball games, petanque, or trikes for hire. The large paddock beside the main park is the perfect place to set up your own obstacle courses or circuit training.
One of the biggest perks of staying at a holiday park on the river bank is the easy access to a boat ramp. Our very own boat ramp allows professional rowers to train or school groups to get out on the water. The river is generally calm and gentle making it the perfect training site.
All this and only a short 10 minute drive to town and all the main sports venues.

daytime activities
Our park can make a great venue for schools, early learning centres, holiday programmes or similar to hold daytime activities, end of term parties, team building activities etc.

Daytime group access is subject to availability and may not be possible when the park is busy. Please contact us for more information.
