Deposit and Cancellation Information

Summer: 08:30am - 20:30pm
Winter: 09:00am - 18:00pm

DEPOSITS:
No reservation can be made without a deposit to secure the booking.
Deposits are payable by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or by direct bank deposit.
Minimum 1 night's stay taken as deposit if booked directly with the park - BOOK NOW on 0800 272664 or by clicking the Book Now button at the top of the page.
Deposits for peak season or holiday weekends may be more than 1 night's stay up to the full cost of the booking. Contact the park for details.
Other pre-payment conditions apply through 3rd party online websites such as Booking.Com, Expedia etc - please note these sites will also charge you up to 15% extra, you will always get the cheapest deal booking direct.

GROUPS:
Group booking conditions apply to larger group bookings and will be e-mailed upon enquiry. Please see the full Terms and Conditions on your Group Booking Quote.

PRICES:
Prices fluctuate through the seasons.
Prices shown on the initial booking page are for 1 or 2 people. Extra charges apply for each additional person.
An Adult price applies to people aged 15yrs and over.
A Child price applies to children aged 2 - 14yrs (inclusive).
An Infant applies to babies 0 - 23 months (inclusive).

CANCELLATIONS:
*Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival: $30 fee per unit/site booked.
*Please note, for stays during Easter Weekend or from 24th December - 6th January a minimum of the first night's stay for each site/unit booked is non-refundable for cancellation at any time.
*Cancellation between 4 and 14 days prior to arrival: The equivalent of one night's stay or 50% of total cost of the booking is payable (whichever is the greater).
*Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival, or no show: 100% of booking fee is payable.
*No refunds for early departures. No discount for shortening of stay within 3 days of the original arrival date, the full booking fee is payable.
