COVID 19 POLICY

During the Covid Protection Framework, we will be following all health guidelines here at the park and ask all our guests to do the same.
We have undertaken a rigorous risk assessment of our park and have put into place what we believe to be the best possible measures to keep all our guests, staff and families as safe as possible through this current outbreak. 

*VACCINE PASSES will be required for all guests aged 12 and over staying at the holiday park from 20th December 2021 until further notice. Please see our COVID 19 POLICY for further details. 

*MASKS WILL BE COMPULSORY in all communal areas and reception. We strongly encourage our guests to wear masks even outside if they are close to people they don't know. 
*NO DAY VISITORS are allowed in the park at any time. If you are staying and wish to catch up with local family, please find one of the great spots around town to do that. 
*SCANNING IN is required daily by all our guests.
*SANITISER AND DISINFECTANT will be available around the park and we ask all our guests to regularly use this on their way in and out of any communal areas, including the swimming pool, spa, playgrounds and games room.  
*SOCIAL DISTANCING is encouraged everywhere in the park. Please try and remain 1-2m from other guests and staff inside and outside. 
*OUR COMMUNAL FACILITIES are open, but we encourage guests to use their own facilities where possible. No communal crockery or utensils will be available at Red or Orange traffic lights - please bring your own if you are in a standard cabin, glamping tent or camping. 
*CONTACT TRACING - we will require the name and contact details of all guests in or park. You can provide this at booking stage to speed up your check-in. 
*CONTACTLESS CLEANING AND SERVICESOur communal facilities will be closed each day whilst our staff give them a thorough clean. We will continue to service units on request, but this will be completely contactless.
*REDUCED OPENING HOURSOur reception will be open for slightly reduced hours - you will be informed of this on all booking paperwork and emails.
*RESPECT STAFF - We kindly ask all our guests to show respect to our staff by following the above guidelines. Abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated. 
 
We will continue to regularly assess all safety aspects of our park and will follow any new guidelines from the Ministry of Health, so some of our procedures may be updated through this coming summer.
